Stylist with glasses and a pixie cut has separation anxiety with her cell phone...couldn't stop looking at it while cutting hair. Kept breaking away from current client to work front desk. Forgot to ask basic questions like "where do you like to part your hair" among many other things. Going to get the cut fixed somewhere else.

The wait is atrocious and scheduling appointments ahead of time doesn't help at all. I called ahead and still stood for a little over an hour because I was somehow skipped over and several others went before me before they realized it. I understand that happens but I wasn't happy.
