Alice does amazing work! She’s my number one choice when I am looking to get my hair colored and she never disappoints! She always makes sure to ask me for examples of the color I want and she gives me something even BETTER! She’s a great lady, highly recommend her!

How can you tell someone with 40 minutes left of your business being open that you are booked the rest of the evening when I walked by 3 times and you were just sitting at your front desk with your friend waiting for you? Instead of make money you lose it.
Went in today to get some blonde put in. I had previous colors in my hair so it wasn't bright enough the first time putting the lightener in. However Heather took the time to refoil and brighten it up to what I had hoped for! I love it and thanks again! �
Went in there Saturday for my hair to get colored and style. I asked her if it could be done and if not please tell me so I can go with something else. It didn't turn out even close to what I wanted. I also asked her to make sure my hair was even. Never checked... I asked her to style my hair like beach waves. Not even close. I was so tired of sitting and had plans so I thought I'd go home and wash it and see if I liked it but I don't at all. Never ever go there again. $140 for not even close to what I wanted. My friend and I had plans to go to the movies tonight, but I wanted to get a haircut first. The woman who helped me (didn't get her name and didn't ask for a receipt) did a great job trimming my hair, and she even styled it a little bit at no charge. She got it done in time for us to make our movie, and we had a great conversation while she did it.
Yesterday my husband and I stopped in for a hair cut for me. The lady that took me back looked at my husband in his wheelchair and said, "what, you want a hair cut too?" As if to say f you. Then when she was combing through my hair, she asked if I had dandruff, which I do, then she claims I have lice. She was extremely rude and unfriendly. I walked out. You have lost my business. When I treated my head, two different people checked and found NOTHING. so thanks for NOTHING.
