Called shortly after noon today to ask if they took walking and we were told “we sure do”. Arrived at 12:20 only to be told they had nothing available until after 3:00. Would have been so much more customer friendly to have mentioned that when we called. Disappointed in the rude response we received to that suggestion for the future. The receptionists rudeness guarantees we will never spend a dime with this chain.

The blonde woman working in there is an absolute embarrassment to hairstylists everywhere. ANYWHERE is better than this joke of a place. It's definitely a low cost chop shop for a reason. You get what you pay for here and avoid the blonde at all costs!!!! Word of advice to the mouthy blonde: learn to do your job correctly and maybe you wouldn't have to work in a chop shop.

When I moved up to Cedar Rapids about 3 years ago, I was in a panic cause my salon was 5 hours away now, So I went to a salon up here wont say the name, but it was a nightmare, I found MasterCuts at the mall and Talk to this Lady Billy and she fixed my hair back to normal after I keep going to her, Excellent stylist I would highly recommend Billy to everyone that I know, or if someone would ask for a great salon

I've had my hair cut here twice and each time it was a train wreck! A two year old with a scissors could do better. I should've learned the first time. I tried to settle it with the area manager by asking for a refund. She told me I should've gone back to them to fix it instead of paying someone else! Really??!! She was suppose to get back to me regarding my refund. That was 1 1/2 months ago...
