Needed a quick haircut before drill. Waited nearly 2 hours to get my haircut and when I sat down and told the lady how I wanted my haircut (low skin fade) a common military haircut. She told me she does not do that haircut on guys and will not go lower than a 1 Gaurd. Never experienced that in my life. Will not return.
The customer service was terrific!! Chellie was so very nice and kind. And cut my son's hair perfectly. BUT... The air conditioner doesn't work at all. All they have is 3 little box fans. It was miserable for us the time we were in there. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. Customers and employees are hot and sweating!!
I have not had any bad experiences here until today. I walked in to get a haircut and the girl who was working was sitting where you could not see her from the door and she was playing on her phone. When I finally saw where she was (after pacing around the front waiting for an employee to show up) I said excuse me and was about to ask her a question until she very rudely told me that they weren’t taking any customers and started back playing on her phone.
The customer service at MasterCuts today was a joke! My son went in an hour before closing time. There were no other customers in the salon so you would think that he would get waited on with no wait. Nope! The beautician was in the corner PLAYING ON HER PHONE. My son was told that SHE WASN'T TAKING ANY MORE CUSTOMERS FOR THE DAY and returned to playing on her phone!!! I wish I had a job that allowed me to decide whether I felt like working or playing on my phone and would pay me regardless!!! No worries...one of their compe... read more
I had a great experience. Cassie colored, cut, and styled my hair. She did a great job of explaining how to style my hair so I would know how to do it on my own.
Awesome team. The work they do is outstanding. Recommend to everyone.
