I love coming here. It doesn’t matter who cuts my hair the girls are all amazing!! Very professional and a happy group!! I have always been satisfied with the customer service and the haircuts. Keep up the good work!
The lady that cut my hair was rude n didnt talk much when i tried toake conversation , she seemed like she was in a bad mood !! Oh n my haircut was nothing like i asked for n i showed her a picture .... they need to teach them to be smile n be a little friendlier

*Update* Just had to leave again. My 4th time I think? They can't seem to handle walk-ins on the random days I choose. Finally told it would be a 45 minute wait after sitting there for 15 minutes with no employees talking to me. A couple left before me and said they've had the same experience multiple times. There were only 2 employees it looked like. *Original* They never seem to have people available when I go. Use to never have a problem with this, but lately it's a 30 minute wait because they're on break. I understand th... read more
The lady's that helped me seems to be busy and unfocused. I really the person who does not really care how my hair looks, as long as it short it is fine with me. The ladys were unprepared, and to be completely honest I've had 7 dollar hair cuts that went smoothly. Not even 2 min the lady is asking her self if she has correct number on the clippers. Mercedes is amazing! She listened and gave advice on the type of cut I wanted. It came out awesome!!! Never in my life have I ever liked a haircut, I've always been very picky but for the first time ever I can say I'm so happy with my haircut! Thanks Mercedes!!!
