Had my hair done yesterday. Red with blonde highlights. My blonde highlights are covered in bright red dye and looks awful. Almost 200$ and it looks like someone put Kool Aid all over the blonde. �

Made appointment for cut/color/style and was quoted price. Showed picture of how I wanted it cut and color. Nice soft blonde. When washing color out she used cold water. Color came out orange. Had to have someone else step in and took two more chemical processes to fix it. Was there from 4:30 to 9:30. Rushed to get layers cut in. Too late to even get a style. Don't make an appointment because they don't honor it. Made an appointment with Becky HOURS before coming in and when I did arrive -EARLY- she took another woman who hadn't made an appointment and who wasn't even there as long as I was. Becky didn't acknowledge I was there or say anything about me having to wait longer. They just lost me as a customer.
Walked right in, extremely friendly, will be going back as long as I'm in this state.
Today I decided to get my haircut. It was very long and I felt I needed a change so I went with a short cut. My hairstylist was very professional and made sure I was pleased with my hair before I left. Will definitely be coming back. Also I was able to just walk in and be taken care of quickly.
