Today I went in to Master Cuts in the mall for just a simple trim - touch up some layers, add some side bangs, nothing major or out of the ordinary. The employee takes me for a shampoo right away (I did not request this, but wasn’t complaining). Once finished she left my hair sopping wet and began to cut my hair. Not impressed! The place was dirty, the staff was unprofessional, hair was over processed and done wrong, and price was ridiculous!
