Expectations VS Reality. Regrowth isn’t blended into my main color at all, my “balayage” looks like a really bad ombré. It’s literally a line across the top layer of hair, the top layers of blonde don’t match the bottom layers, she was very impatient while working with my hair.

The lady with shaved sides and dreads was rude. She insulted my hair as soon as I sat down in the chair. I just got a cut and it’s uneven af. 👎
I will never go back here, ever! I went to get a color and my hair came out completely destroyed! I had to go to another stylist at a different salon to try and fix the damage that had been caused. The stylist who fixed my hair said Dayna over processed my hair and lifted when she was not suppose to. a dark color and dark hair you do not need to lift the color out which explains why my hair turned green. she also over processed my hair which damaged it significantly.
Went to mastercuts today to get my eyebrows done. I was told no one was available so I said I would wait. They didn’t take down my name so I figured it was because I sat down to wait. 20 minutes later another girl came in and asked to have hers done and they brought her straight back with no appointment. Horrible customer service. Won’t be coming back.
Been going here for years, but not again. Had my "haircut" from Tifany- she was extremely rude, can't cut hair, and never asked or offered to wash or style my hair. Let me say, naturally wavy hair with water sprayed on it, doesnt look so well of its not styled. I cant believe she would send me out this way, I was so embarrassed to walk out of the salon back into the mall. Cut was uneven and now I get to pay to get it fixed. If you get stuck with Tiffany, walk away!
Very happy with the hair cut.. good people
They met my needs of thinning out hair and Dutch braids. I appreciate it very much. My wait time was about 10 min to be seen by a stylist.
