Went in out of desperation. Gave very specific lengths but allowed the stylist to do anything to help my poor hair and instead I got butchered hair WAY shorter than I wanted. Left the salon almost in tears. Will never go back...

2 hour wait for a haircut! No one in the business, I guess they wanted to leave early from work! Went to Great Clips, half the price in and out in 20 minutes
First, she didn't know what I was trying to tell her (I wanted asymmetrical bobcut).. then she cut off all my hair, layered it, which I never asked for a layered cut.. went back to get it fixed.. didn't get a apology.. asked to see if I can just straighten my hair out so I can go back to work...and she said that would cost me $10. Never GOING BACK.
Apparently my idea of a WASH and trim is different then theirs. Here they are so unprofessional that a "WASH" means hosing the kid down with a spray bottle.
