Got a beard trim here before Christmas. Pleased with the trim and the stylist who did it.
I went in last week while in a hurry. There was no on else waiting and one person getting their hair done. There were literally over half a dozen employees sitting in a semi circle apparently having a meeting, however I was told it would be "at least 30-45 minutes." Are you serious? When did good customer service become a thing of the past?
Went in yesterday. My hair is butchered. Now I need to find someone to fix this horrendous mess. Hair dressing school must have dropped their standards for graduation. Did not listen to what I wanted. I have gone here for years and this is unacceptable. Will never go back.
