FIRST, I want to say.. my stylist was the SWEETEST person.. so kind and wonderful to talk to.. they WERE extremely busy as well and she handled it FABULOUSLY.. however.. my haircut wasnt what I expected.. unfortunately and 100% my fault I did not properly look before I left. it wasnt until my husband said something while grocery shopping and sent me a pic of the back of my head that I realized how bad it was.. Don't recommend this place at all. My daughter and I both got haircuts their toddy. The lady really messed up my daughter's hair. Picture in comments. She has never had bang's.

Negative Stars~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Worst haircut ever!!! Samantha sorry but you are rude! Ignoring a customer when they walk in... refusing to fix my son’s haircut and refusing to provide corporate contact info.

No rapport Hardly spoke to me. Did not introduce herself. Her name was Samantha. I had to look at the receipt to find that out. No scalp massage. Had to tell her to style it. I told her before she shampooed my hair that I had thick hair and I like short, spikey, textured style. I told her I use paste to style it.
