I called the company and he was out the next day and gave me an estimate. He repaired my roof the same week as well as the roof of a rental I have. We have used him before and was very happy with his job. I would recommend him and his company to anybody and I have recommended him to several.
The owner showed up to inspect the tree damage within 30 minutes of the event. He immediately hopped on the roof and secured the damaged areas to protect them from further harm. Then he quickly summarized the repairs that would be needed, the length of time that it would take, as well as the cost. By the close of business 4 days the later, the roof looks brand new again! I can’t recommend them highly enough
The level of professionalism of both the owner and roof worker was amazing. Although I hope I do t have to but Mastercraft would be the first and only company I’d call for future issues!!!

The gentleman that came to my home to answer some questions about a B vent was very helpful. He explained things so that I could understand the purpose of the vent and what all would entail to get it replaced. He also was able to explain that this was not really something a roofer would do but someone in HVAC. I have since been in touch with my HVAC company and they are going to be able to help me. I really appreciated him stopping by and giving me all the information that I needed. He made my day and was very professional!
