Normally I just take my car to the dealership when it’s in need of repairs but because of my previous positive experience with Master Class Automotive I requested their assistance. to replace my brakes and pads. What would have taken 2 days at the dealership just took a day. Not only was the car clean, I also received a detailed computerized report of all the important stat’s concerning my car’s condition. I felt like you don’t get the personal touch you do from most shops. I tried the shop since it was so highly recommended. If I am going to pay a premium to get work done on my car I expect better service. Dealt with the secretary or administrative assistant the whole time which doesn’t really know much about cars. I would’ve liked a call from a tech at least for advice. I really feel like I was robbed and charged a lot of money and the car Is still the same. I've supported Masterclass Automotive with each foreign vehicle I've owned. It's difficult to find a HONEST mechanic in SoFla but Ron and his team are extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. I've never had an issue with service done to my vehicles or had to bring anything back because something wasn't fixed correctly or missed.
