Before renting here, make sure to read all the reviews, filtering by the newest ones. Also go to yelp and read the reviews. Somehow the rating is 4 here. The yelp rating is 2.5. Thank me later. Recently bought a condo serviced by this management company. They are the most responsive building managers I have dealt with in a long time. There's a guy named Barry who has cheerfully put up with every question under the sun from me. Quick action on everything. Wanted to thank him and his staff through this review.
I had a great experience with Mastercare as a whole and Patty & Chris. I couldn't recommend them more! They're very professional and great people to take care of the association needs. I appreciate the quality and work ethic they bring.
I appreciate Mastercare staff and their support. Whenever I have a question or issue, they are always courteous, professional and willing to go the extra step to find a solution.
