We have contracted with Mastercare Building Services for several years related to managing our Townhome Association. No question asked was too big or small, and all were addressed quickly (even on the weekends). They have vetted resources and contacts that we have used for various projects. Before renting here, make sure to read all the reviews, filtering by the newest ones. Also go to yelp and read the reviews. Somehow the rating is 4 here. The yelp rating is 2.5. Thank me later. I regret not doing this myself. I strongly advise against renting from this place. I recently moved into one of the apartments and discovered it’s infested with cockroaches. Recently bought a condo serviced by this management company. They are the most responsive building managers I have dealt with in a long time. There's a guy named Barry who has cheerfully put up with every question under the sun from me. Quick action on everything. Wanted to thank him and his staff through this review.

I had a great experience with Mastercare as a whole and Patty & Chris. I couldn't recommend them more! They're very professional and great people to take care of the association needs. I appreciate the quality and work ethic they bring.
