Great place and the only place in Northern Illinois that had the parts (springs) for my Tailer ramp .Jonathan and his Staff are friendly knowledgeable. It was worth the 1 hr drive to get there. Reasonably priced !
Friendly, helpful, thoughtful and great expertise is things you can expect for them. Went in with help to remove 5th wheel hitch and they were extremely professional and helpful. Would highly recommend!!
This place is great. Alex the owner took no shortcuts and did a great job setting up our tow vehicle that we pull behind our camper. He explained everything to us including the new Thule bike rack. After doing a lot of my own research I contacted these guys and they sell good quality equipment. They are not a fly buy night company that can sell you junk that can leave you stranded on the side of the road. These guys have everything in this store for towing.
These folks do exceptional quality work. They are knowlegeable, and actually stock a lot of products (unlike so many places today). Alex recently educated me about, and installed, a flat tow system. Workmanship is top notch! And if you have any issues with any product you buy from them, their customer service and support is first class/second to none! Thanks to John and Alex for your quality work and exceptional support after the sale!
These folks saved the day when I had a bearing go sideways and again today when I let my 7 pin drag. Excellent work Knowledgeable staff Friendly Great pricing , especially for the quality Fast for as busy as they are. 100% satisfied I'd absolutely trust these folks with any camper or trailer I own.
