Go elsewhere — they don’t know what they’re doing. I wouldn’t trust this shop for smog or repairs. I was a paying customer (despite what they might claim online), and they refused to work on my car because of its age — even though the shop was completely empty at the time. When they finally did touch my vehicle, it left their shop broken. There are much better and more honest repair shops in Carmichael than Master Tech. I took my car elsewhere and received far better service and results.
Always superb services and the fairest prices in Sacramento. Brian, Shannon and staff will take excellent care of your car needs. Your cars will thank you!
