These days it can be difficult to get really good service anywhere. Although Master Tech was late on arrival, Mike the dispatcher was great in keeping us informed. Tanner, the tech who arrived was helpful and took the time to explain the possible issues and how they would be resolved. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
As Master Tech Mechanical says itself that it wants to be your one-stop-shop for installation and repair of all your major appliances and HVAC equipment in your home, I let them and haven't been disappointed yet. They have been phenomenal in more ways than one. They installed my HVAC system then came promptly three times afterwards when I called about noises in the system. Several months ago we were in the process of moving to a new (for us) home while in the midst of some medical crises. Of course this was also in the early to mid stages of the pandemic. We had issues with our new (to us) double oven as well as microwave. In this traumatic period we were fortunate to have Master Tech on our side.
