I was delighted with the service I received!! Tanner was prompt, personable, polite and instilled a feeling of competence when he arrived. I could see that he knew what he was doing as he got right to work and accomplished the task of removing the dog leash from the agitator. This young man is a definite asset to your business and please be assured that I will let my neighbors know that Master Tech is the place to call for all matters regarding appliances!
These days it can be difficult to get really good service anywhere. Although Master Tech was late on arrival, Mike the dispatcher was great in keeping us informed. Tanner, the tech who arrived was helpful and took the time to explain the possible issues and how they would be resolved. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
