I called Master Tech on a Saturday morning, when I noticed water in the ceiling. Within an hour, Derek and a technician were at my house. They quickly assessed the situation, and while working, ensured that they were as careful as possible to make a minimal mess. The small mess that they did make, was cleaned up, and apart from the hole in the ceiling, you’d never know they were there. Dereck and his team have been a lifesaver They came out on Thanksgiving weekend on very short notice to address a horrific mess from a backed up sewer line that effected a bathroom and carpeted bedroom.
