Tore my kid's car apart, provided an almost 2k quote and refused to put it back together, essentially holding it hostage. We had to tow it and fix it ourselves then had help from Auto Experts! NEVER go to Master Tech!!!!!!!

RAN INTO THOMAS AT THE THEATER IN PASCO, LITERALLY. THOMAS TOLD ME ABOUT HIS SHOP SO I TOOK IT IN TODAY BECAUSE I NEEDED A TRANSMISSION FLUSH AND FILL. I NEEDED THIS BECAUSE I WAS GOING ON A SMALL TRIP. SO WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT HE TOOK IT IN AND HE HAD IT DONE IN ONE HOUR AS ESTIMATED AND WAY UNDER DEALER PRICE. PLUS HE FIXED A SMALL PAINT TRANSFER ON MY DOOR ON HIS OWN TIME. AS I WAS WAITING I WAS ABLE TO WATCH THOMAS INTERACT WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS. HE SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH THE CUSTOMERS. HIS KNOWLEDGE WAS IMPRESSIVE.

The Worst mechanic by far I have ever dealt with. Took my truck to them to have engine replaced. Dismissive and didnt care I was out of my work truck for 6weeks the first time, 8weeks the second time , and 4 1/2 months the last time for the same repair. I wouldnt trust them with any repairs.
