I’ve had my storage for over 2 years now and never had any issues. The staff has always been helpful and answering all questions with a great attitude. Currently looking to upgrade in size and Maddy was able to assist me with options for the best way to go about it. Looking forward to continue to work with her in the transfer of my storage during this week.
I can't you how much Maddie at Master Storage in Madera has been to us. We had a major disaster and let me say how sincere she been to us. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was done over the phone and let me say how easy it was. Maddie sent photos of the storages while on the phone the sizes they were and was able to sign the contract as well. Amazing service! Reserved the moving van for the whole day at no charge and they even waived the late return fee. Since day 1 they have been nothing but kind and understanding to us. I’d keep choosing them over any storage around town
