I have had a master spa for the last 13 years, it’s worth every cent we paid for it We recently had a electrical issue with it, we had the technician come out and fix it, The Tech was very informative and knew exactly what was wrong, he had work in below zero weather, very kind and courteous I would recommend this product and business to any one Thanks for everything

We looked all over NE Wisconsin and the internet (horrible experience online) before settling on Master Spas of Northern Wisconsin. So thankful we did. From the sales team, to the installation and service it has been top notch. It’s been a little over 2 years and no issues except user error. Bravo Master Spas, Highest recommendation!
Love my new spa. Tom Boley was so helpful and friendly. I wish we would have bought our hot tub years ago. It has helped my arthritic back soo much. If anyone wants to improve there life get a hot tub from Master Spa you will not regret it. Thanks so much!!!!!!
Love this place! Always very helpful. Always provide answers and always quick to come to my rescue and are patient when I over think things and worry about problems that don't real exist! They have never failed me and they products are of course top of the line.
OMG~ You people should work on your customer service !! Very disappointed with your efforts to fix our hot tub ! Before this I probably wouldn't have given only one star, but in this situation you have been very unreliable. Our hot tub has been sitting at least a month from when you came to look at it & left parts laying all over. Suppose to be ordering new parts/ jets, but no phone call from you & your not very attentive on returning calls either. So now we get the excuse "it's too cold out" to fix !
