Ordered my hot tub beginning of May. Was encouraged to come in right away before the weekend, to beat that rush. Told I’d have my hot tub by mid-June at the latest, because the model I chose makes 4 at a time. Today is Sept 3 & I still don’t have a hot tub. COMMUNICATION HAS BEEN NEXT TO NONE. And his best response was “sooner than later.” Really? Will not refund the money I put down. What a joke.
RecommendedAlthough incredibly busy and running a bit behind due to the factory in Indiana not being able to keep up with demand, staff at Master Spas worked hard to identify the completion date and scheduled delivery at the earliest possible time. They are doing their best to keep up with demand and to keep customers informed.

These are by far the bast spas.
I can't say enough good things about this place. we bought a pre owned spa from them at the shopko hall event in February. they have been so helpful and great to work with even coming out and fixing our control panel within 3 days of calling them....so far I have no complaints!!!! thank you master spas
