Wayne was very thourough. He explained everything that he did so i could understand. Very polite.
Honest appraisal indicating that all vents did not need cleaning. Informed in advance when their truck broke down and they could not make it the following day.
Price for service was high. Was given a 3 hour window, but technician was 15 minutes after the 3 hours. Work was completed quickly and professionally. Technician was friendly and explained the whole process.

Beyond expensive...arrived and quoted me at $1600 to install 4 faucets and a garbage disposal I talked him down to $600 and they came back 2 consecutive days to get it right after the install due to the faucets leaking. Great customer service however.

I thought the price was high. But the technician was really nice and explained everything to us. We even got a call back the next day to ask us how satisfied we were. The technician was suppose to be here within a 4 hour period but was very late. I had to call to find out if he was still coming. I wish they would have called me to let me know so I would not have wasted my whole day. The technician stayed and finished the job at 9pm. I'm very grateful that he finished the job and didn't put it off until the next day.
