The office gal was pleasant and efficient. Jack was punctual, professional, competent and informative. He had my system up and running within a half-hour - making sure I understood what he was doing (and why) every step of the way.
Master Services kept us informed each step of the process. George and his crew showed up as promised and did an extremely thorough job. He explained repairs or upgrades that were needed plus an estimate of the cost. Amazing service!

Jack was over on time and went into great detail about the old furnace and the new furnace before we ordered. Got a great new primary HVAC heat pump and gas furnace backup. Very professional. They made some small mistakes but made up for it with excellent service.
