Always kept me informed of when they were coming to reschedule if there was a problem. The Technician, George, was very neat, friendly and extremely knowledgable about my oil-powered furnace. I am extremely impressed with this company as I always had trouble in the past to find a good, reliable company to work on my furnace.
The total price for a new gas furnace and hot water heater was a little more than I expected to pay, but it's a necessary purchase, and the financing option was simple. The technicians were very cool, and they were done with the whole job in about 5 hours. Everyone that I dealt with from the customer service, to the techs, were all professional and courteous. I'm happy to recommend them to others in need of similar service. A special thanks to Jack for his honesty in the sales process.
bit expensive... Got us hooked up to new gas service and checked for leaks. However we didn't get our stove hooked up or furnace checked. Other than that they were great....
