The guys were very polite and did a great job watching how they handled their equipment.
They are usually on time and call ahead to let you know the ETA. each technician has their own truck with supplies and their new on the truck
They did it fast and clean
Ed showed up on time and fixed our problem. He explained in detail what went wrong. Very professional and and thorough.
Thomas arrived promptly on Christmas Eve and between having to drive 2 hours to pick up a part and installing and testing, he was at our home for close to 7 hours. He was incredibly professional and did not mind me standing over him asking questions. He also worked with Carrier to persuade them to cover the part even though our warranty had expired. I can't say enough about him and Master Services.
