Braden gave his best shot and stayed for multiple hours trying to fix our plug, it was later determined that the pipe had broke. He was honest with his work and fair and was even willing to work with us on the price. Only reason for not giving a 5 star review is because of poor communication with dispatch. We reached out and have been waiting for a call back for over a week now to have a plumber come and meet with our contractor who’s going to be drilling a hole into the ground to replace the bad piping. We had Phil come in and he was very polite and super friendly. He looked at our water heater and he gave recommendations and shows you the cost of any service you could think of. Overall great service :)
Justin was very professional and kind he is great at wat he does and we appreciate him.
We had them pump out our drains for our car wash and Chris Thompson came at 5 am and was very professional and helped us understand the entire process.
