We called Master Roof Repair after noticing a small leak following a heavy rainstorm. We weren’t sure where it was coming from, but Jay came out the very same day, quickly identified the problem, and thankfully, it turned out to be a minor issue that he was able to fix right away. We were very impressed with the prompt service, expertise, professionalism, and friendly approach. It was a pleasure dealing with Jay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Master Roof Repair again in the future!

The crew arrived late and finished much later than promised. Communication throughout the project was poor.
The repair looked fine at first but the roof started leaking again after the next rainstorm. Very disappointed with the quality of the work.
