I contacted Luso Roofing for what I thought would be a minor repair, but the cost estimate ballooned without clear justification. They claimed “additional” damage once they were on the roof, and added fees. While I understand unexpected issues may arise, I felt the extra charges were vague, and I was not given a proper breakdown. Jay was very responsive to a call about water leakage. He found al the gaps and fixed them the same day. I highly recommend Jay and wish they will continue with their amazing services.
Our roof needed repairs after multiple storms and raccoon damage, and Jay was quick to respond. He and his team did an excellent job replacing the roof, offering a wide selection of shingles. It's clear that he and his team take great pride in their work—the roof looks fantastic. The workers were diligent and left no debris behind. We had a great experience with this company and would highly recommend them to family and friends.
I had a a truly positive experience with Jay and his crew of workers. Jay had installed an eavestrough for me last year and was quick to respond, reliable and took the time to explain the work that was needed. We called him back this summer to do our garage roof. The pricing was fair, the crew was really friendly and respectful of our property (did a thorough clean up afterwards) and they were super quick as well! Highly recommend this company for all roofing needs!
