Jay was very responsive to a call about water leakage. He found al the gaps and fixed them the same day. I highly recommend Jay and wish they will continue with their amazing services.
Our roof needed repairs after multiple storms and raccoon damage, and Jay was quick to respond. He and his team did an excellent job replacing the roof, offering a wide selection of shingles. It's clear that he and his team take great pride in their work—the roof looks fantastic. The workers were diligent and left no debris behind. We had a great experience with this company and would highly recommend them to family and friends.
I had a a truly positive experience with Jay and his crew of workers. Jay had installed an eavestrough for me last year and was quick to respond, reliable and took the time to explain the work that was needed. We called him back this summer to do our garage roof. The pricing was fair, the crew was really friendly and respectful of our property (did a thorough clean up afterwards) and they were super quick as well! We called Jay at Master Roof Repair to help create an opening in our newly replaced soffits when the original company who did the job did not come to help in time. We have an older home, our soffits were quite warped at the time of replacing. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize there was a live bird’s nest inside so when the replacement was done we unintentionally closed off access to the nest. I reached out to Master Roof Repair to fix a shingle that was damaged. They were prompt in responding to my service request and on the day scheduled. After repair done, the roof was inspected and another issue was corrected, this provided peace of mind. I will reach out to them in the future if service is again required.
