We had a great experience with Master/Artistic. From Cory Keith to David Yoder to George Fowler - each stage of the way, they had a part of the team that handled their business. David and George had to come a couple of times to get things right and naiked it. Cory had to work hand in hand with our home builder to make sure everything worked together. Pool contractors are notorious for poor communication but not these three guys. If you are looking for a tesm to get it done right, these are your guys.
They say all the right things but do not stand by their installations. Do not use this company!!!!!
Re-posting this for all TN-based potential clients ... We made the mistake of hiring Artistic Pools in Atlanta and as it turns out, their mistake of building over a critical vent for drainage, has cracked our driveway and is causing runoff into our yard. They refuse to accept responsibility, including the cost of discovery for the problem.
