Re-posting this for all TN-based potential clients ... We made the mistake of hiring Artistic Pools in Atlanta and as it turns out, their mistake of building over a critical vent for drainage, has cracked our driveway and is causing runoff into our yard. They refuse to accept responsibility, including the cost of discovery for the problem. I would agree with Mark Huber. We hired Master Pools to build our pool and April 4th 2022. It is now June 2024 and the pool still has rebar sticking out, the mortar placed between rocks that in some areas looks like it was pooped our, and pipes exposed. They claim they don't make excuses however the supervisors and the owner claimed COVID for the delay, they accepted too much work, the designer we signed with is new, and the subcontractors they use are either super busy or really hard to get a hold of.
