We had an issue with a green pool, and MPC where prompt in fitting us in as new customers and had the pool clear and sparkling within a few days. Can’t recommend highly enough.
The guys at MPC are great, they take care of our pool on a monthly basis and when we had some pool pump issues with the recent cyclone, they had it back up and running within 48 hours
Just not nice people
I have been a customer of Master Pool Care for over 12 years and it's always a pleasure to pop by the Pool Shop to see Kathryn and team for water tests and all our pool needs. They are very helpful and always provide great service. If we have any issues with the pool equipment they sort it out promptly and coordinate any warranty matters. Highly recommended if you're looking for a pool shop in the area.
No need to go anywhere else . The professionalism and prompt service is above and beyond. Excellent education in taking care of the pool. They come highly recommended.
