Updating my review after yet another wonderful experience with Master Plumbing of Tennessee. Our water heater cracked and leaked on a Friday morning. I called Master Plumbing of Tennessee early in the morning. They called me back before opening time and had Glenn at my house at 9! He switched out the water heater and had everything working and completed by noon. The price was very fair. Master Plumbing of Tennessee. Oh my goodness what incredible customer service! They did a great job (thanks glenn!) and made sure I was happy when I had questions afterwards. I would highly recommend this company.

recently Glenn helped me with an oven install. The gas line was in the way. I sent photos and he figured it out without even seeing it in person. Tony goes out of his way to be helpful and that makes him the first plumber I call.

2/9/2017 Tony is really good. A few years ago he helped me with a busted water pressure regulator when i wasn't in town. He came to the house and fixed it same day. It would have been a big problem for me. Thanks to Glenn of master plumbing and his colleagues

I am so happy to have found this company. Everyone at Master Plumbing Tennessee -- from Sara and Jennifer in the office and Glenn in the field -- is terrific. They are all very friendly and absolutely professional, and the plumbers were a pleasure to have in the house. I had scheduled a non-emergency job almost a week out from my call, but they contacted me to let me know the work could be done two days early! Found Master plumbing from the yellow page reviews. We had a slab leak and got 3 quotes. I actually called them last but they sent Glenn tice the same day so he was my 1st quote. They were all close in price with similar solutions to fix the leak. We chose Master plumbing because Glenn was the most genuine and wasn't trying to sell or add anything or pressure me to re-pipe the whole house. Glenn and Colleagues did the job, both hard workers. Very pleased with Master Plumbing of Tennessee. They were responsive on Yellow page gave a reasonable quote and sent over a very friendly and knowledgeable technician. They were also very accommodating and willing to work around some painting that I was having done at the same time. Couldn't ask for more!

As a DIYer, I removed tub drain, but couldn't get new one back in (looked easy on Youtube) without fear of stripping. Called Master Plumbing of Tennessee Friday, got a Saturday appointment, but actually got plumber on Sunday AM. Glenn was able to get the new tub drain back without issue... made it look easy and with a smile. Was I ever thankful, and I now know a cool trick on putting back tub drain from Glenn
