Cleaned out the main line, arrive on schedule, had to cut out the clean out plug, roto rootered the problem. I'd recommend this company heartily.

Found Master plumbing of Tennessee from the yellow pages reviews. We had a slab leak and got 3 quotes. I actually called them last but they sent Abraham the same day so he was my 1st quote. They were all close in price with similar solutions to fix the leak. We chose Master plumbing because Glenn tice was the most genuine and wasn't trying to sell or add anything or pressure me to re-pipe the whole house. I am so happy to have found this company. Everyone at Master Plumbing -- from Glenn and Colleagues in the office to Sara, Jennifer and Glenn in the field -- is terrific. They are all very friendly and absolutely professional, and the plumbers were a pleasure to have in the house. I was impressed by several things. First, after scheduling an appointment for the following day, they called back and asked if someone would be available earlier, and since I was, they showed up about 20 minutes later. Glenn has been great both times he has come out. First time he came out because I was told by another provider that I needed a new pressure regulator. He assessed the situation and told me I did not need one yet and told me how to figure out when I would need one in the future. I appreciated his honesty despite the fact that it meant less money that day. Glenn is really good. A few years ago he helped me with a busted water pressure regulator when i wasn't in town. He came to the house and fixed it same day. It would have been a big problem for me. And recently he helped me with an oven install. The gas line was in the way. I sent photos and he figured it out without even seeing it in person. Glenn goes out of his way to be helpful and that makes him the first plumber I call.

Very pleased with Master Plumbing of Tennessee. They were responsive on Yellow pages gave a reasonable quote and sent over a very friendly and knowledgeable technician. They were also very accommodating and willing to work around some painting that I was having done at the same time. Couldn't ask for more!
