We had Kyle V. as our plumber to replace our toilet tank and he did a great job. He was honest about the process and costs, on time, friendly and interacted with our toddler, and he had the toilet installed so easily and quickly.
Kyle came out and fixed a leaky kitchen drain. Kyle was professional and courteous. He explained what he found and what he was doing, he took special care of our home, wearing boot covers and ensuring everything was clean and looked after.
What a pleasure to find a plumber that is genuinely concerned about the customer. Jim Colburn is like finding a diamond in the rough. What a thoughtful, caring professional and a genuinely great guy. I HAVE FOUND OUR PLUMBER!!!!! We will never use another plumber ever.
