I came in for a short square French tip acrylic full set and left with a solid color set — after being charged the additional French tip fee anyway. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional. I showed the nail tech a reference photo, and he said he could do it. As someone who does nails myself and consistently gets them done at salons, I’ve had both good and bad sets, but never anything this sloppy or careless. Always great service and excellent manicures and pedicures. I usually use May and she is awesome. I had May give a pedicure to my 95 year old friend and she said May couldn’t have been more gentle with her and looking forward to going back soon.
Absolutely, the best place for a manicure and pedicure. Lana is the best. I have been going there for 15 years and would not go anywhere else.
Worst pedicure ever!!
