My kids (9 and 5) started at Master Moon's TKD about 1 year ago, and have benefited in so many ways. Not only do they have fun and get exercise, but they are indeed becoming more focused and self-confident as a result of their training. I decided to join the adult class 3 months ago, and I would highly recommend it to adults as well!
