Took my vehicle over to get looked at as it was shaking quite a bit. Customer service was amazing, They are very professional and honest. Price was more than fair. Would definitely not hesitate to bring my vehicle again for servicing if ever needed.
I had an excellent experience at Master Mechanic. The were able to complete a safety check and perform an AC maintenance the same day without the need to book an appointment days in advance. The team was professional and friendly. Everything was explained clearly, the work was completed promptly, and there were no unnecessary surprises. I will definitely visit Master Mechanic again for any future car maintenance needs.
While dropping my father-in-law off in Peterborough we broke down (alternator) midday. Tony was able to fit us into their schedule and get us back on the road before the end of the day. We appreciate him going over and above, allowing us to bring our dog into the customer waiting area rather than him overheating outside. Very friendly, professional and fast service. The can is running well again!
