Superb service with kind and friendly service advisor Tony. Repeat customer and they address any and all concerns with honesty and reasonable pricing.
I began using Tony and his team this past July when my vehicles needed brakes and exhaust work. This past week they installed a thermostat on my van basically as soon as I called. I've been very impressed by their prompt, professional attention to my vehicles needs, their friendly attitude, willingness to discuss current and future repairs, and warranties for parts and workmanship. Master Mechanic North Peterborough has become my primary auto care center, and I couldn't be happier with their service.
Woke up to a 'Broken' fuel door spring on my 2016 F150 on Saturday morning, Sept 12, 2026 Called Master Mechanic & got an immediate appointment They verified the issue, found it was just disconnected, not broken - reattached and on my way in less then 30 minutes Great service - fair and honest pricing Highly recommend!!!
Greg was amazing. He drove me home instead of having to wait for the few hours to fix my car. Tony sent me videos of the issues that was diagnosed and gave me a detailed explanation of everything.
