We were in Peterborough for a medical appointment. We were having problems with our vehicle and stopped at Master Mechanic. The staff were extremely helpful. They found the problem and fixed it. The bolts on the front tire were quite loose and we could have had a serious accident. We were on our way home in half an hour. They didn't charge us. WOW! Not many places would do this. We really appreciated it and highly recommend Master Mechanic!
Travelling in our Mazda truck we noticed a strange smell. We pulled over and found that we had a broken belt. Called CAA and they towed it to Master Mechanic on Lindsay Rd.Peterborough. My husband was sick so I asked Tony if he could please look at our vehicle as ASAP which he did. That was so great! The problem was solved by Justin the mechanic putting in a new belt. Another Master Mechanic to the rescue. I own a small fleet. Anytime a driver breaksdown, I am always happy to find a Master Mechanic nearby. They have never let me down and this time was no different. Tony knew our situation was time sensitive and automatically agreed to try and make a miracle out of an already busy day. THANK YOU TONY AND JUSTIN! I am from London and was camping in the area. I had had my front brakes done prior to my trip and that shop completely destroyed my front end. I was left stranded on the side of the road with a bad wheel bearing and spindle as they had over-tightened the bearing. I had the truck towed to the Ford dealership in Peterborough where it sat for almost a week waiting to be worked on. Spindles are not manufactured for my truck anymore so I had to find a used one.
