I booked an appointment about 2 weeks prior to Sept. 30 to have new tires installed, alignment done & other items checked / repaired if necessary. I had been there at least twice previously & was reasonably pleased with their "interactions". Oct 17th-Took my car in again today and same great service and turn around time, thanks again Mackenzie as usual you and your team made my day. What a great find! after so many misadventures with local shops, finally I found a place that has earned my business and I can trust. Thanks Mackenzie and team you were brilliant, the turn around time to get my car checked out, the quote, getting me on my way in a very short time was really appreciated and truly made my day. Been here a handful of times. To avoid an 2000 word review, my experience can be summed up by the following words. Deceit, incompetence, lack of leadership, lack of care, lack of attention to detail, unskilled, overpriced.
Way over priced and tried to screw me on a job I could do but didn't want to do. Quoted me $1650 and I just did it for $110 plus 3 hours of my time because their price is ridiculous. They're a rip off and charge just as much as the dealership or more which is pathetic. Just find a local mechanic. These chain corporations are junk.
