$110 for an oil change that I was told was already going to be $69.95. Enough said. No warning of extra charges prior. Beware

I took both of my vehicles into this establishment for service within the last ninety days. they were serviced on consecutive days, with fairly quick service. The problems.......When I got ready to file my receipts, I noticed that the both of them were noted to have used a different viscosity oil than recommended. These young men are doing a poor job. They do not check and replenish the fluids or tell you if something is low. In a addition to this, they did not secure the radiator cap on my vehicle. One of my relatives went a few after we did and had a similar experience. From my understanding, Master Lube is suppose to be a reputable and upstanding company. They need to visit this location and set some things in order.

Best service I've had in the Brunswick, Georgia area in 4 years. I tell you God is good. Josh did me a solid turn. Customer service excellent.
