PSA: When going in for a routine oil change, Masterlube stripped a thread on my filter housing holder, leaving my car undrivable. They did not have a loaner or rental vehicle for me to use, so I got my own. When my car was fixed and ready for pickup two days later, they refused to pay for my oil change or the part to fix my vehicle. And, they only paid $87 of my $160 total rental bill.
