They did a tremendous job on a somewhat complex alteration with a tight turnaround. A good friend recommended them to me after I went to another tailor that said the alteration I asked for was not possible. I’m glad she did, because Master Tailor and Cleaners had the creativity and skill to find a solution!
Have done multiple alterations-- blazers, pants, coats-- with perfect results. Recently brought in a stuck zipper on a coat. Could not get it unstuck despite everything I tried. The tailor used some tools and bent and re-bent the zipper so it worked perfectly. Took 7 min and they didn't charge me anything.
I trusted Master Tailor with my Theory tux, and they did not disappoint. I got so many compliments on the fit and couldn't be happier with the alterations!
