Great experience. Highly recommended. Installed new trailer hitch receiver and wire harness. In and out in about an hour.
Last year we had a bad accident in a construction zone- had the trailer fixed but the horrible rattling continued. Finally it got too much to feel safe driving- and we googled for the nearest place. Showed up and these guys had us back on road within a couple of hours - full hitch replacement and everything. I’ve never seen anything as fast, professional and understanding as that- it’s been a year now and we haven’t had a squeak out of the car when towing. Thanks again- the Canadians with the tiny trailer!

In the past year I have needed to stop in for various reasons. They have been very helpful and have answered all of our dumb questions. They are the hitch experts! My 6 year old loves playing with the light switches, horns and buzzers and he has never been told to stop it - I am sure that would get annoying having to listen to that all day.
These guys do great work and get it done fast. They also took the extra time to explain everything before I chose the hitch and had it installed. I feel very confident that I got a fair price with some extra knowledge of what my car hitch can safely tow. I also like the fact that they are a family run business that has been doing this for more than 40 years. Currently just looking to use it for a bicycle rack. I would recommend Master-Hitch to anybody.
