Extremely Poor customer service. I purchased a new gate motor from this company in 2023, and when programming the unit it was deemed faulty via tech support and would not work from day 1. They would not refund, or exchange parts, they sold me a new control board, and promised to refund the $389.00 once I brought the old materials back. They then gave me the run around for almost to 2 years. They still have not credited any funds and it is march if 2025. We Do not recommend purchasing gate motor or parts from this company.
I have been trying non-stop to contact this office to order materials. No one ever answers the phone it always goes to voicemail. I have left numerous voicemails and nevera call back
Tiny yard and entrance for a semi to try and negotiate. Showed up at the scheduled time and was told I have to wait for the truck being loaded to finish. Is what it is. They want an appointment s heduled as well. Yard guys seem pretty nice.
Our company recently began using Master Halco to supplie us decking and railing materials. Compared to the other suppliers we have worked with around the Knoxville area, Master Halco has been truly amazing. Their customer service has been top-notch and the've met every obligation.
