RecommendedGreat service. This company remodeled our shower. The work was performed in a timely & professional manner by employees of master grab bar. Steve (the owner) was present to insure the work was performed to his standards. Any one looking to upgrade their shower would be advised to use this company. The final upgrade was way beyond our expectations. Their concerns were exhibited beyond the final work and beyond what the normal work called for. GREAT JOB STEVE!!!
Steve from Bell House Medical installed grab bars & a hand held shower unit on 9/16/20. Very knowledgeable & personable he identified our immediate & long term needs & had all the materials on hand. Installed the equipment & explained usage in under 2 hours. Great job!
As a retired Occupational Therapist who consulted on home modifications to help people age in place in their own homes, I highly recommend Master Grab Bar. Steve Bell was a great help installing 2 grab bars and a hand held shower. My mother-in-law is 90 and is staying with us presently. She said she feels much more confident with those additions. The bathroom is our guest bath and looks great! Thank you so much, Steve!

Steve is really good at take care of his customers. We had an elevator installed in our garage so my wife who suffered a stroke can be wheeled on to it and get to the car when we have to go out. He does excellent work, I'll recommend him to everybody.
I wish I could give seven stars. When I broke my ankle I was confined to a nursing home because I couldn’t climb the four steps into my house. I spoke to Steve on a Monday and he had a wheelchair lift installed and working Friday – so I was freed from the nursing home. He also made several other improvements to assist a wheelchair bound person. It was a pleasure to work with an experienced and pleasant professional. I give him my highest recommendation.
After finally getting back on my feet after surgery I decided I needed “grab bars” for my shower before I needed them. I dropped into the store and met with Lisa, who showed me the samples and explained the installation process. A week later the owner himself showed up, made some recommendations, did the installation, and left all in an hour. They also handle “lift chairs” and a ton of other medical appliances.
