Erik is a very competent plumber. He outlined my options for repair clearly and explained what had likely gone wrong in the various repair locations when I showed him what had happened. I will be using him for extensive service in the future and have recommended him to family.

After filling out the HomeAdvisor form and requesting a plumber, Master Fix called me before I had a chance to call them. In fact 5 plumbers called me. Master Fix Plumbing was highly rated in HomeAdvisor.com. Erik arrived on an emergency basis when he said he would arrive. I unclogged our main line and had our sewage working in less than an hour after arriving. He has plenty of experience installing plumbing in new homes and from contracting. Erik came out promptly and at the stated time. He explained to me what they were doing as they went along, and made some good economical suggestions on how I could prevent the clog from happening in the future. My drains are running smoothly now and it did not take long. I will definitely use them again!

They showed up within 1 1/2 hours from when I first talked to Erik, two hours earlier than they had said. They work was done quickly and professionally. He fixed the problem for $550 less than another company's quote. He gave an estimate over the phone which was exactly what he charged. I would use him again and recommend him to others.
