Called last year and wanted to get on an annual schedule. I was told to call a month before needing service to schedule. Called beginning of July of 2025 to schedule service. I was told I would hear from a scheduler soon. After a month and 4 follow up calls - no response. The woman who answers the phone doesn't give you any other options except that she will let the schedulers know. Terrible customer service.
Comes here to recharge my truck extinguisher after using. Very professional, quick, and helpful people. Highly recommend!
