I booked an appointment via zoc doc and unfortunately the appointment didn't go through to the office but they accommodated me into the schedule regardless and helped me with my emergency. The staff was polite and the doctor was knowledgeable and amazing bedside manner.
I seldom leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience. While the front desk staff was very helpful and kind, my appointment with Dr. Phan was disappointing. From the start, she was dismissive, talked down to me, and made me feel like I was a burden rather than a patient. As a medical professional, I understand how busy healthcare can be, but professionalism and basic respect should never be compromised. Patients deserve to feel heard and cared for and unfortunately that was not the case here.
Friendly, concern environment. Clients are treated as family, not as patients. The workers are knowledgeable, caring, patient, and welcoming. I give them 20 stars!!!.
We love Dr. Olga! She's knowledgeable, professional and has a great sense of humor! Her staff is A Plus!
My Dr. Wasn't available but the Dr that saw me was nice and took her time, even tho they were crowded. Thank you to the whole staff. Team work makes the dream work. Thank you so much.
