My first visit here was my last. And I didn't get a chance to see the optometrist because I walked out. My appointment was at 11… First, I waited over an hour and a half only to get someone's chart placed in front of mine by the office manager. Sad part is, I was told I was next by another associate. I saw another patient ask how much longer she had to wait and all of a sudden her chart is placed in front of mine. I'm disgusted. In years past, I would have gladly given this location 5 stars. However, I had an unpleasant experience this past Sunday. I did not meet with the doctor I normally see. The doctor I did see was a nice gentleman. But I felt he breezed through the exam rather quickly. I was in and out in less than 35 minutes -\-\ including pre-testing and putting on my contacts at the end. I used my vision insurance. I was never told of any additional fees. At the end I was charged my co-pay + an additional $45 for a contacts fitting. No one f... read more
My daughter and I had a wonderful experience on Thursday! It can be hard to feel comfortable at appointments. The entire staff was great, made me feel like I was at my eye doctor back in KY! (Very comfortable) Thank you! See you next year!! ;)
