Had a 2:30 PM appointment. Arrived at 2:15. Was told to sign and and they would be with shortly. After 45 minutes I had not yet been acknowledged, and yet the girls behind the counter had time to discuss their high school days. When they helped the 2:45 and 3:00 appointments and took the 2:45 back, I walked out. Won’t be back or recommend.

Very professional fast and convenient. From the front counter to my exam. I am completely satisfied. I was a new walk in customer and treated like family.
