The staff was awsome from the time out walked in the office from Amber and Ms. Bianca, Ms Re Re and of course Dr. Singtlon qho waa so funny. With a staff like this who wouldn't want to come back. Have a wonderful holiday M. Wright
Every staff member was Very polite and professional. I found my favorite place for eye glasses.
Master eye all the employees even the doctors are all so nice the environment is clean I have been going there for years and will continue to go there
I happen to find this place when I had issues with my last eye doctor's office personnel (they were rude and would block my insurance from purchasing eye glasses outside their office). I figure I would give this place a try. And I'm glad I did. The officer personnel are friendly, helpful, and professional. The manager is very helpful. I had an issue and she quickly resolved it. Update: I was contacted by Ms. Crews the regional operations manager for Master Eye Associates and let me say this. When you have someone that really cares about the customer and will listen without prejudice that said ALOT about the company. Thank you for all that you do. Called and was able to get an appointment same day. Received a message asking to confirm which is what I did. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30pm which I was early for so I sat in the parking lot to click the link for the intake. Once I finished I went... read more
