Everyone was so Professional. The wait wasn't long and they were very friendly.
The staff is wonderful front desk provided excellent customer service and very courteous, doctor and tech took time to answer questions explaining thoroughly.
I’ve had to return multiple times because my prescription was not correct, which has caused significant inconvenience. During the exams, I felt like my concerns weren’t being fully considered, even though I clearly knew when I was not seeing well with the suggested prescription. I went back to my old doctor since I had to transfer due to insurance coverage, but what a difference when you go back to the doctor who does things right and helped me get the correct eye prescription!
Staff from front desk to the doctor with Master Eye were friendly, professional and willing to answer questions and provide answers (in layman language).
The front desk service was excellent, and the doctors were cordial and quite supportive with their explanations about my eye examination.
