I want the world to know to please bypass this service. The exterminator is a joke. i received an invoice that was a pure lie. When the products don't work they make up lies. When i moved in my home there was an infestation of roaches in my kitchen. Our first visit was fine. The second one he reported back to the owner that we had a dog and open dog food which was never his business to tell he could've explained that to me but he reported back which created a problem. RecommendedJust wanted to let you guys know that my family slept in peace last night and was able to sit out on our porch with no bother from fire ants. We had our first service yesterday for Fire Ants and will continue to use Master Exterminators for the sole purpose of the incredible and quick customer service. Mrs. Jean and Mr. Charlie Pain were awesome!! I will definitely recommend them both when I refer Master Exterminators to anyone in need. So a huge "THANK YOU" to everyone!!!
RecommendedI was so impressed with Zach that came to my home today to spray! He was so nice and explained the job to be done thoroughly! He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! If you need an exterminator give them a call and ask for Zach!
They explained all they were doing. Came out quickly to my call and were so helpful when my neighbor and I wanted our yards sprayed together.
